General building contracting is the core of what Oriental Middle East Contracting does. Since 2014, we have supported clients across the UAE who need a dependable contractor to take approved drawings and turn them into a finished, functional building.
We take responsibility for the full construction phase: mobilising the site, organising labour and equipment, sourcing materials, coordinating specialist trades, and keeping the client and consultant informed at every stage. Because we also supply building materials, we can plan procurement around the construction programme and reduce delays caused by late deliveries.
Whether the project is a private villa, a residential building, a commercial premises or an industrial facility, our focus stays the same — safe execution, quality workmanship and a handover you can be confident in.
